Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    salt and pepper (I don't use)
    butter or margarine
    lemon juice
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Use a shallow pan covered with foil or a Corning Ware dish. (Salt and pepper both sides of chicken.)
    Turn bony side up.
    Put some butter on each piece.
    Pour some lemon juice on each piece. Brown on the bony side on broil.
    Turn breasts over.
    Put lemon juice on each piece.
    Let brown on broil.
    Turn back to bony side. Put Worcestershire sauce over each piece.
    Pour 1 cup of water over all and cover with foil tightly.
    Cook 45 to 60 minutes, until water is gone, at 450\u00b0.
