Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 3) can whole sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Drain potatoes and place in a greased baking dish.
On top of potatoes, dot with 1/2 cup margarine.
Place topping ingredients over potatoes.
Combine the remainder of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
This may be refrigerated overnight or may bake at once in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
