Mississippi Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cooked and sliced spuds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. American cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green or black olives, chopped
    4 to 6 slices fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Toss spuds with mayonnaise and salt, pepper, cheese and onion. Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and olives.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
    Can be prepared ahead and frozen.
