Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 C. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 sm. carrot, chopped
1 C. milk
1/4 C. corn
1 C. light cream
1/4 C. peas
1 tsp. oregano
1 Can chicken W/ broth
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Can water
1 1/2 C. grated velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables in chicken stock on medium heat until tender. (approx. 15 minutes) Melt butter, blend in flour, reduce heat to low.
Add cream.
Add all of this to chicken broth and vegetable. Bring to boil slowly stirring constantly.
Add grated cheese and oregano.
Stir until cheese melts.
