Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sherry
1 lb. crabmeat (backfin)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Melt cheese in soup in the top of a double boiler.
Add crab and heat through.
Serve with crackers. Keeps nicely in a fondue pot.
