New York Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, sliced thinly
Mrs. Dash to taste
2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans cream of whatever soup
1 can drained mixed vegetables
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
Layer potatoes, onion, mixed vegetables and Mrs. Dash to taste. Set aside.
In skillet, stir-fry ground chuck until it changes color.
Pour off excess oils. Add cream of whatever soup. Mix well.
Pour over first pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with salad and French bread.
