Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. Puritan oil
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan lightly. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Add bananas, milk, Puritan oil and egg whites. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
