Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium size mushrooms, wiped with a damp cloth
1 c. mushroom stems
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Arrange mushrooms in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up. Combine all remaining ingredients except cream; heap into mushroom umbrellas. Pour cream over mushrooms; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Baste once or twice with sauce in baking dish. Serves 6 to 8.
