French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion or 2 small onions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10.5 oz.) can beef consomme
    1/2 soup can water
    2 slices French bread
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 Tbsp. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    lettuce leaves
    2 c. torn curly endive
    2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
    green onion strips (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beans, celery and green onion.
