Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, sliced into strips
2 tsp. margarine
3 bell peppers (green and red)
1 large onion
soy sauce
rice
pineapple chunks (if desired)
Preparation

Brown stew beef in margarine.
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons soy sauce. Add bell peppers and onion, sliced.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes until onion and peppers are tender.
Serve over rice.
Pineapple chunks may be added just before serving.
