Pork Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. (3/4 lb.) diced lean pork cutlets*
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
    1/3 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Stir slightly and cook 5 minutes more.
    Serve over hot rice with Chinese noodles.
    A nice change!
