Beef Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    shortening
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
    1 c. undrained corn
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook onion in a small amount of shortening until tender, but not brown.
    Add ground chuck and seasonings.
    Brown lightly.
    Add green peppers, corn and tomato soup.
    Pour into casserole.
