St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large bell pepper
    2 envelopes dry chicken soup mix
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, sausage, onion and pepper in a saucepan. Cook 1 cup of rice in 4 1/2 cups water for seven minutes.
    Then add chicken soup mix and mix well.
    Mix rice and meat mixtures together in a casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
