Beets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 1/2 c. cooked beets

Preparation

Melt butter. Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Blend into butter.
Stir in orange juice and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper and beets.
Cook until beets are heated.
Sprinkle with grated orange rind.
