Ingredients

4 c. carrots (cut in 2-inch or bite size pieces)
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar or less
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate or may use vinegar
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water, salted to taste, until still a little crisp.
Drain well and place in a shallow baking dish.
