Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
    1/4 c. sour milk (add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to scant 1/4 c. milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar and continue to cream.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to sugar mixture along with the mashed bananas and sour milk.
    Add vanilla.
    When mixed thoroughly, pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
    Test with a toothpick.
