Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. lite cream
    1 qt. milk (whole)
    1 c. rice, washed
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine and simmer in a large saucepan until an oatmeal like consistency (about 45 minutes).
    Do not overcook.
    Stir frequently so the pudding does not stick to the pan.
