Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. grits, uncooked
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water about 30 minutes.
    Crumble in cheese and butter.
    Blend eggs and milk and mix with grits.
    Pour in greased 2 quart casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup Cheddar and bake 15 minutes.
