Fresh Frozen Sweet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 ears fresh sweet corn (16 to 18 c.)
1 lb. butter (do not use margarine)
1 pt. half and half
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Cut kernels from ears.
Melt butter and mix all ingredients in large roaster pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, while stirring often.
Pour into several pans and set in ice water to cool quickly.
When cool, place in freezer bags or containers. Place in deep freeze.
To serve, just heat and ready to eat.
