Pecan Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 oz. (1 c.) finely chopped pecans
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Continue beating until well blended.
Stir in flour to form soft dough.
