"Thrive On Five" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrot and zucchini
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour, white flour and wheat germ
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
    Mix oil, egg and molasses. Add vegetables.
    Gradually add dry ingredients into egg mixture. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, lightly oiled.
