60-Minute Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast or 1 pkg. quick-rise yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in water.
    Beat egg; add to milk.
    Combine yeast and milk.
    Add butter and dry ingredients. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
    Shape in half the size you want the finished roll to be.
    Let rise in pan to double in size.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until golden brown.
