Souper Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese, cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    dash of pepper
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Stir soup blend in milk and pepper.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot top with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; bake 15 more minutes.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
