Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. cooked rice (not too soft)
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 small cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 can water
Preparation

Mix ingredients and form into balls (about 16 to 20).
Brown and drain well.
Put in casserole.
Cover with tomato sauce and water.
Put on lid and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
