Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburg
1 large can V-8 juice
4 c. water
2 c. carrots, cut up small
2 c. celery, cut up small
4 c. potatoes, cut up small
1/2 c. grated green peppers
1/2 c. rice
Preparation

Brown hamburg. Add juice, water, vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook slow for 2 hours.
