Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped potatoes
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. Italian veggies, thawed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Put the first 5 ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer in crock-pot for 6 hours.
