    1 1/2 c. pumpkin, mashed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten light
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon on top
    10-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Baking Temperature: 400\u00b0 and 350\u00b0.
    Baking Time: 20 minutes each temperature.
