Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crushed berries
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. M.C.P. pectin
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Stir altogether and bring to boil.
    Add 8 1/2 cups sugar.
    Boil 8 to 9 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim and bottle.
