Shrimp With Lime Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive ol
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
8 green onions, sliced thin
2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
24 large peeled and deveined shrimp
Preparation

Heat olive oil in large skillet; add mushrooms and saute 1 minute. Stir in green onions, garlic and ginger.
Add chicken broth, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and shrimp.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Meanwhile, heat evaporated milk in glass measuring cup in microwave just until bubbles appear around edge (30 seconds).
Stir milk into shrimp mixture and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Yields 4 servings.
