Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    2 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix tapioca, sugar, salt, beaten egg and milk.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
