Sausage Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage, onion and bell pepper until brown and crumbly.
    Stir in flour.
    Mix in tomato paste, salt, chili powder and black pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese and spread evenly in 9-inch baking pan.
