Date-Nut Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beat until stiff
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time to egg whites and salt.
    Fold in chopped dates and pecans.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
