Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. smoked ground ham
    2 lb. lean ground pork
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    juice from 1 can crushed pineapple
    several dashes of ground clove spice
    dash of salt
    mustard to taste
    brown sugar to taste
Preparation
    Mix the meats, juice, milk, eggs, crackers and spices and shape into a loaf; place into a greased pan.
    Make mixture of drained crushed pineapple, mustard and brown sugar and spread across top of loaf.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
