Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup or honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt the margarine.
    Stir in brown sugar and white syrup (or honey).
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
    Then remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
    Stir well and pour over popcorn. Stir until all syrup has coated the corn.
    Then pour into 2 large cake pans.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Take out and cool.
    Then break apart.
