Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 pkg. (1 1/2 lb.) frozen potatoes (O'Brien)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp and remove from skillet.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat.
    Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook according to directions on potato package. Carefully break 6 eggs over potatoes.
    Cover and cook until egg whites are firm.
    Garnish with bacon strips and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cover and heat a moment longer until cheese just begins to melt.
