Prune Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooked, chopped and cooled prunes
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and soda; add to sugar, oil and eggs along with buttermilk.
Fold in nuts, vanilla and prunes.
Cook in one large loaf pan for 1 hour or 3 medium pans for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
