Spanish Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can Van Camp's Spanish rice
2 Tbsp. ketchup
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut green peppers in half lengthwise.
Steam peppers with 1-inch water in pan for 5 minutes.
Cool quickly.
Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
Stir in rice and ketchup.
Spoon ingredients into green pepper halves.
Place peppers in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
