Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
    2 cans string potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. peanuts
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch in a double boiler until in liquid form. Add string potatoes and peanuts and mix together thoroughly. Spoon out on wax paper.
    Let cool until hardened.
