Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed and spread half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
