Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 to 12 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on; cool, peel and grate into large bowl.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients, except for the bread crumbs.
    Put potatoes and mixture into well-buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
