Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. sliced carrots, cooked until just fork-tender
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 small onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Heat together soup, sugar, salt, mustard, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire.
Mix well.
Pour over carrots, onions and pepper. Marinate overnight.
Heat before serving.
