Congealed Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 medium avocado
    2 tsp. lemon
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can small early peas
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely cut olives with pimentos
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Chill until partially congealed.
    Combine avocado, lemon juice, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.
    Mix peas, chopped ingredients, pepper sauce and salt.
    Add avocado mixture.
    Combine with gelatin.
    Pour into a lightly oiled 4 to 5 cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 8.
