Master Mix Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour (divided)
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. hot water (about 110~)
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar and salt each
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    In small bowl, combine water, margarine, sugar and salt.
    Add 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat with wooden spoon.
    With hands, work another 1/2 cup flour.
    Remaining 1/2 cup of flour may be used as knead.
    Knead about 12 minutes.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Knead again 45 seconds.
