Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked macaroni
1 large chopped onion
1 small jar pimento, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 stick butter
1 pack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix everything together except for the butter and Ritz crackers and place in a casserole dish.
Then slice the butter and place on top of mixture; sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers on top of butter pats.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
