Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 to 8 drops Tabasco
1 Tbsp. garlic
chili powder, paprika and chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all of the above except chili powder, paprika and chopped pecans.
Shape into a ball or mold of your choice.
Roll in chili powder, paprika and pecans.
This is good with crackers.
