Christmas Nut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    2 c. salted mixed nuts or peanuts
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine egg white and water.
    Beat until very stiff.
    Add nuts and coat well.
    Stir combined sugar and cinnamon into nut mixture. Arrange in 1 layer on well greased brown paper (grocery sack) cut to fit cookie sheet.
    Break up while still warm (not hot) at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
