Nick'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. elbow macaroni
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    2 qt. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. cubed Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Meanwhile, in another pan, melt margarine. Blend in flour; add milk.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thick.
    Season.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Divide macaroni between 2 greased 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Pour sauce over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    (Can freeze before baking.)
