Rena'S Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, diced
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt and soup for dressing.
    Toss all together and sprinkle on top the butter, slivered almonds and corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Don't let the corn flakes scare you.
    Serves 8 to 10.
