Quick Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot (per person)
    cold water
    butter
    a good pinch of salt, pepper and sugar
Preparation
    Cut carrot into match sticks and place in cold water.
    When ready to cook, drain water from carrot and place them in a frypan along with butter, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Steam cook until just tender; check seasoning and add more if needed.
