Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 c. cooked broccoli

Preparation

Steam together the broccoli and the onion for a few minutes. Then cool.
Mix all together and bake in pan of your choice for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
